Workshops give you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge about the postures, focusing on alignment, balance and anatomical focus.

Usually lasting between 2 and 3 hours, we will concentrate on specific breathing techniques to create energy but relax the mind at the same time, learn various flowing vinyasa techniques, linking the postures to move the energy around the body.

Also we practice, deep stretching to elongate the muscles, guided relaxation and meditation techniques to soothe the mind and create a happy and relaxed state of being.  Then deep relaxation to absorb the yoga into the body, so you can continue your day relaxed and refreshed.
