Weekly Classes

Group classes are a great opportunity to meet with like minded people.  The advantage of a group class is that you can support each other with your practice and at the same get to know each other in a non-competitive, non-judging environment which allows the group to grow organically together.

In our classes we practice asanas-postures to bring strength and flexibility to the body. pranayama-breathing exercises to become centred and also strengthen the respiratory system.  We always finish with deep relaxation followed by a meditation.


Classes are fun and friendly, usually lasting around an hour and a quarter.  Please ensure you have an empty stomach before practicing and wear comfortable clothing.  The most important thing is that you come with an open mind and a sense of humour.
