One to One Classes
These classes give you the opportunity to deepen and personalize your yoga practice on a more intimate level. The classes are specifically designed to meet your needs and to assist you personally of your path of yoga and personal growth. They normally last between 1 to 1 ½ hours and during this time we will practice breathing techniques to relax the mind and body in order to bring awareness, yoga postures to enhance your health and well being and meditation to promote stillness.
Private Group Classes
These classes are held in a venue of your choosing, with a group of up to four to six people, depending on space available. These are suitable for couples and small groups wishing to practice together but find it difficult to get to a class. The classes are small and intimate enough to ensure that everyone receives personal attention and the opportunity for the group to progress naturally together and provide a supporting environment for each other.
